Hello Condo Owner PANDA, Pasco Area Naturist Development Association, is developing a tourist program in consort with the Pasco County Tourist Development Council. Pasco County has given PANDA a grant to increase European Naturist travel to Pasco. This is a first ever grant to any naturist entity! This huge untapped naturist market will need housing. They will be able to directly access the PANDA web site or be funneled thru the Pasco County web site to PANDA. This gives you the condo owner a direct link to this large foreign untapped rental market. One of their big questions is “Where do we stay?”  And there you are; readily available to them. We are encouraging European Naturists to spend their next Summer Holiday in Naturist Pasco. Shortly PANDA will be advertising in various European naturist publications extolling the virtues of making our Pasco naturist accommodations their new home camp. We will be on the back cover of Internaturally magazine, British Naturist and H & E among other publications. Also, we will be advertising on many European naturist web sites and have a presence on the official Pasco County Tourist web site. The H & E web site alone attracts over 2 Million hits a week. Additionally, NUSA Sun is working directly with us. Another interesting aspect of our advertising is that a lot of North American and other naturists from outlying countries receive these publications and also visit these web sites. Though we are targeting central Europe for July and August our effects go well beyond Europe and are year round.. Our area of focus contains over 19 Million practicing naturists. The vast majority of these vacationers frequent areas around the Mediterranean. Most of these areas are in economic and/or political turmoil. Some are not safe and others are sketchy at best. We are offering an alternative they don’t know exists. Pasco will become their new safe playground with the never ending adventure of Central Florida. This is of direct year round benefit to you. Everyone loves value and a discount. So, let’s not forget that compared to the Euro, we are on Sale! You are offering a discount without even knowing it! Being that they will need somewhere to stay, we are offering you a direct marketing strategy to this new and eager audience. We are marketing Pasco because they can enjoy naturist diversity like nowhere else on Earth. They are also positioned to use us as their gateway to Central Florida. We want to entice them with the diverse day trips that are readily available while they are living out of your nude accommodations. They get the best of both worlds and your occupancy jumps. Typically, Europeans “Holiday” for up to 6 weeks. This is the market that Pasco County and PANDA is developing. They would rather rent a condo with cooking facilities even if meager than stay in a hotel room for weeks at a time. Most European workers holiday in the summer months. This is our slow season. What a good fit! They will start making their summer holiday travel plans soon. We will have our ad campaign in full swing at that time. Don’t miss this opportunity to be on their radar screen! Though many working Europeans are like many Americans that can only vacation in the summer months; we are also including those that can travel throughout the year. Our mandate from Pasco County in essence says: “Let us help you fill in your vacant space on an annual basis vs. seasonal”. Being tourists they want to enjoy and investigate naturism in a new area.
